淺談超低溫冷庫載冷劑間接制冷系統

間接制冷:載冷劑與制冷劑進行低溫傳熱,低溫的載冷劑被泵加壓輸送到淺談超低溫冷庫載冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)間接(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)系統(tong)間內循(xun)環,從而(er)達(da)到冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凍(dong)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)藏的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)。在(zai)直接(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)不易應用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)位置或者(zhe)不可運用(yong)直接(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)的(de)(de)(de)特殊環境中(zhong)(zhong),常常用(yong)載冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)替代(dai)直接(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)用(yong)來冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻被冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻物體(ti)(如(ru):中(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)空調系統(tong)、冰蓄冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)系統(tong)等)。載冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji):一種以(yi)間接(jie)(jie)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻方式(shi)工作的(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)裝置中(zhong)(zhong),將被冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻物體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)熱量傳給(gei)正在(zai)蒸發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)的(de)(de)(de)物質(如(ru):鹽水、乙二醇、水、冰河冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)媒)。制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)氨優良(liang)的(de)(de)(de)物性參數是首選,同時我們目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)也是減(jian)少氨的(de)(de)(de)充注(zhu)量,故選擇(ze)氨壓縮機。
目(mu)前(qian),氨(an)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)多(duo)為(wei)活(huo)塞式(shi)和螺桿式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)。前(qian)者出(chu)現較(jiao)早,使(shi)用(yong)(yong)廣泛,其優點在于(yu):使(shi)用(yong)(yong)方(fang)便(bian)、運行可靠、管(guan)理經(jing)驗成熟,冷(leng)(leng)量(liang)(liang)范圍大、單(dan)位制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)量(liang)(liang)耗電量(liang)(liang)較(jiao)低,加工(gong)較(jiao)簡單(dan),造價較(jiao)為(wei)低廉;其缺(que)(que)點是壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)體積(ji)大、耗金屬多(duo)、占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)大,易(yi)(yi)損(sun)部件(jian)多(duo),維護費(fei)用(yong)(yong)高(gao)(gao),單(dan)機(ji)(ji)產量(liang)(liang)不(bu)能(neng)太大,能(neng)量(liang)(liang)無級調節(jie)比較(jiao)困難。而(er)(er)螺桿式(shi)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)的結構(gou)簡單(dan)、體積(ji)小、易(yi)(yi)損(sun)部件(jian)少、重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)輕,振(zhen)動(dong)小,容積(ji)效率(lv)高(gao)(gao)、對濕壓(ya)(ya)縮不(bu)敏感,能(neng)實現無級調節(jie);其缺(que)(que)點是單(dan)位冷(leng)(leng)量(liang)(liang)耗電比活(huo)塞式(shi)稍高(gao)(gao),噴油(you)冷(leng)(leng)卻使(shi)潤滑油(you)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)復雜而(er)(er)龐(pang)大,耗油(you)高(gao)(gao),噪聲大,螺桿的加工(gong)精度要求高(gao)(gao)。相對而(er)(er)言,因螺桿式(shi)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)能(neng)方(fang)便(bian)地(di)控制(zhi)(zhi)排氣(qi)溫度,在氨(an)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)中將(jiang)優于(yu)活(huo)塞式(shi)。采用(yong)(yong)直接制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)輸送至蒸(zheng)發(fa)器進行制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)所經(jing)管(guan)路(lu)大多(duo)較(jiao)長,管(guan)道冷(leng)(leng)量(liang)(liang)損(sun)失大,制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)與過熱度都(dou)較(jiao)大,壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)輸氣(qi)系(xi)(xi)數降(jiang)低,嚴重(zhong)影響壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)效率(lv)。采用(yong)(yong)冰河冷(leng)(leng)媒間接制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),集(ji)中安裝制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)設備(bei),壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)與蒸(zheng)發(fa)器距離較(jiao)小,制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)無需遠(yuan)距離輸送,其壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)與過熱度小,壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)效率(lv)高(gao)(gao)。
